Russ Gregory has been designing and building beautiful custom homes for 35 years. As a result, his passion for architecture and construction has carried down to Shane and Ryan who continue to pursue the Gregory Design Group legacy as a family owned and operated business. Russ Gregory
Russ Gregory is registered as a qualified designer as required by provincial legislation for residential design. Upon graduating from Centennial College in architectural technology, he immediately began working with an architectural development firm renowned for their award winning subdivisions. He then expanded his career by becoming a municipal building inspector in Brampton and then continued to do so in Markham. During this phase he began to develop his own free lance design projects specializing in custom homes, additions and renovations. His passion for architectural design has allowed him to excel in this aspect of the company and looks forward to sharing his expertise with you.

Shane Gregory
Upon completion of his architectural technology program at Sheridan College, Shane has completed numerous designs and planning approvals since 2004. He is recognized for his impeccable customer service and original design ideas, and specializes in designing custom and heritage homes, 3D rendering, and planning applications and approvals. His skills range from computer aided drafting and design, to complex knowledge of structural components. He has received numerous Heritage Design Awards of Excellence and continues to exceed our expectations in all design elements. Shane is an asset to the Gregory Design group and looks forward to collaborating and sharing his knowledgeable design expertise with you.
