The Gregory Design Group prides itself on our ability to work with a variety of contractors that are involved with their clients projects from the beginning. However, if you do not already have a contractor we can off our services to work closely with you in constructing your new home or addition.

Once we have completed your design process and have obtained all of your approvals and permits, we can continue to work with you in the construction of your new project. Completing construction requirements efficiently will help you complete your project that you will be proud of for years to come.

Contracting Services

  • We begin by preparing detailed budgets for your project based on the approved building permit drawings that were completed.
  • We work with the local municipality to complete any pre-construction inspections of your property that may be required, such as construction fencing, tree protection fencing, disconnection of existing services, and demolition of existing structures.
  • Our trusted trades then begin the construction of your new home or renovation, with collaboration from you as the owner, and Gregory Design Group as the designer and builder. This means that you will have your fingerprints on everything from start to finish to ensure your satisfaction at the end of the project.
  • We work with local municipalities to have the proper inspections scheduled and completed at every stage of construction.
  • Upon completion of the project, we hand the keys back over to you to enjoy your house for years to come.
